This is the second time to stay at this property. We like the location, pool, and quick walk to the beach. My 12 year old brought a friend for the first time. So fun!

Great location, good family trip

Property was exactly as depicted on the listing. The walk to the beach was an easy couple minutes right outside the gate to the backyard which made it very easy to come back for lunch/to use the restroom, etc. As other reviewers mentioned, the stretch of beach in this area was nice and not overly crowded like other parts of 30a. A few restaurants were within walking distance which was nice. Overall, we had a great trip. There was a little snafu as it related to our request to heat the pool (pool wasn't heated when we got there) and it was hard to get through via phone to the management company but when we eventually did, they resolved things quickly. Would recommend this property to families, friends, as there is lots of space for everyone!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 4 rented this property last week, and it was amazing. This was a situation where a VRBO property far exceeded our expectations. What went well - omg so many things. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, the pool is absolutely spectacular, the view from the 3rd floor porch was nice. In addition, high ceilings, nice appliances, cool porch swing, 2 living room areas, very nice bunk beds in 2 separate rooms, and the house was extremely quiet considering that it is steps off of 30A, etc etc. Man this place is so solid. There are a couple of things to mention for awareness - we had more success getting concierge information via phone vs the messenger and email options, make sure the trash gets to the curb twice during the week (all three trash bins were overflowing when we arrived so not sure if this was well-known), people came twice during the week to service the pool and landscaping so we suddenly saw them out back, and the concierge may come in handy if there are questions on the electronics (we should have called as we couldn't figure out the outdoor speakers and initially had trouble turning on main family room lights). All in all, we would stay there again in a HEARTBEAT. Like a 99/100 experience for us.

Very nice property with plenty of space

This was a very big house with a very nice floor plan. The pool was a great bonus! We stayed in the pool all day Friday and Saturday. Loved the convenience of the double dishwashers in the kitchen. Will definitely book again.

Amazing 40th bday trip house!

We rented this house for our group of 8 friends for my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! The decor in this house is straight out of Joanna Gaines’ book and it is beautiful! The walk to the beach was much shorter than we thought and really enjoyed the private beach there. The pool had floats and plenty of lounge chairs to use and was partially shaded with trees during part of the day. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach towels provided were so helpful as we didn’t bring any and the location was perfect to get to Seaside and Rosemary easily. We would definitely rent this house again! No complaints from anyone in our group!

Perfect House for a Perfect Stay

We've been vacationing in this area for the past 20 years and this is one of the best experiences that we've had thanks to this amazing house and location! The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and more...it was clean, open and the perfect space for 11 adults and 2 children. The best part of our stay was the private walk way to the beach. We had our own private beach access and plenty of space to spread out without a crowd in sight. In addition to the house being perfect for our family, the management was extremely helpful! I had lots of questions and concerns mostly due to COVID and the management was super responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning to this house again! Thanks for an amazing stay.

LOVED IT!

This is a great house in the most amazing stretch of beach in Seagrove — a less than two minute walk along a pretty shady path to the dune and then a stretch of sand that left us and won’t of room for our tent and chairs — very very few folks around us — unlike farther down the beach in either direction where it was so crowded!! House is beautiful, well equipped, pool was awesome and we had dinner most nights on the third floor porch with a gorgeous view of the Gulf!! Highly recommend!!

Great vacation home

Very easy to rent. Management company promptly answered all questions. Entire process was fast and reliable. House was perfect location between Seaside and Rosemary, away from crowds. Very spacious. Private pool was perfect and the one minute walk to the private beach was exactly what we wanted. No need to cross 30A. House met all of our needs. Wifi was super fast. Kitchen very well stocked for those looking to do most of the cooking. Will definitely re-book for next visit.

Perfect Vacation!

Amazing house! We had a blast. This house has everything you need and then some. From the pool, to the layout, the 3rd floor views, to the beach path. All were absolutely perfect. The bikes were also great to have as we were so close to The Perfect Pig for breakfast and lunches. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Where do I begin..? This home was spectacular. It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The living room/kitchen/dining was the perfect hang out spot and so open. The whole family hung out while we cooked dinner and talked. The huge glass doors out to the pool made it feel so open and spacious. We used the pool after the beach every day and at night, with the lights on - it was magical. The bikes made it quick and easy to go to dinner or grab a treat! The beach access was quiet and pristine. I could go on and on about this home. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be back!!

It was a shame the washing machine was not working correctly and it was hard to operate especially as we needed it to wash the children and baby clothes. Also light bulbs in the bathrooms need to be changed most were out! Apart from that everything was great. We’d definitely return and recommend it.

Our week at Seas the Day was great!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 12. We cooked at home most nights and loved having two dishwashers. Having the pool right of the main living area of the house was nice. It felt like we were all together even when we were spread indoors and out. The walk to the beach is super short and having a private beach during peak season means you are always on the front row with a beautiful view! A few constructive comments - the kitchen needs a good icemaker (the icemaker makes only crushed ice and not enough for large groups) and a nice coffee pot. All in all a great place for family and friends to just be together. I expect we will be back!

Fabulous vacation home

What a great beach house. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children and loved every minute. Everyone had their own space. Very tastefully decorated. Immaculate and well furnished. Super times in the pool after the beach.. We had a few rainy days but we could still enjoy the weather on the 3 comfortable porch areas. Just a short sandy and shady walk to the beautiful beach. Management was immediately responsive to our very minor issues--eg a beeping smoke alarm and a faulty door code. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a beautiful setting to spend a great week with our family.

Perfect for girls' weekend!

Nine of us girls stayed here for 5 days to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house was large and had plenty of room for everyone. The furniture was all very nice and beds were incredibly comfortable. The proximity to the beach was awesome! Also there was plenty of outdoor furniture for all of us to sit and enjoy playing games and chatting. The only issues, and ones I think can be worked out with the management company, were that there was only 1 dishtowel, no soap in the kitchen, and some spider webs in one of the bathrooms.
