Immaculately maintained beach house, full of upgrades! This Beach Cottage offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious 2022 square feet of living space, all nestled on a peaceful corner lot. As you step inside, you'll be charmed by the classic wainscoting and inviting wood floors that adorn the home. The upgraded kitchen appliances make cooking a joy, and the main floor bedroom adds convenience and flexibility to the layout. The large open floor plan provides a great space for entertaining.
The community of Highland parks in Blue Mountain Beach backs up to the State Forest featuring many bike/walking trails, providing a more private setting. The Sea Lion's Den is an absolute paradise, with resort-style amenities including spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away!
Beach Access: 213 Emerald Beach Circle is just a short distance from several nearby public beach accesses. 213 Emerald Beach Circle "aka" The Sea Lion's Den is a short 0.7 walk to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access or guests can go down to Gulf Place and use Ed Walline Regional Beach Access. Both beach access points have limited parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A. The Blue Mountain beach access is less than 3/4 mile from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

* All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
* No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property
* Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM Local Time.
* Guest must agree to sign 30A Rental Properties rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* Surveillance device on exterior of home
* Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
* Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
