Wonderful Family Stay at Jadas Dare

Great week with family. Location is perfect - 1 minute walk to the beach. neighborhood is great for morning walks. Easy access to restaurants and short drive to seaside. Look forward to staying here again!

Perfect house for family vacation!

Better than description. The large house accommodated our extended adult family perfectly. What we loved: - close to beach - fun pool and spa - excellent living room for evening games - Grayton Beach, Seaside and Blue Mtn nearby - comfy beds - perfect Weber gas grill What we wish we knew - lots of construction (no fault of owner) - many steps for my 80y old mom - in house and to beach - we didn’t need the beach cart, but the bike trails were awesome! Get bikes!! The communication from team was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Glad we brought ice as they suggested. The ice machine did well the rest of the week, but day 1 needs were a little higher for us. Our next visit we would consider this or one of their sister properties!

Amazing house

Everything was perfect! The proximity to beach was perfect. The beds and all the rooms with their own bathrooms was like home. We new there might be a few glitches though bc the house was new, so we had paper blinds which is fine if your an early riser lol. The propane for the hot tub was on back order. But everything else including the pool was a great touch and relaxing after a long hot day at the beach! Would stay here again and again!!!

Wonderful house and location!

Beautiful house and the location is amazing. The beach is private and very nice. The house pool area was bigger than appears in the photos which was a nice surprise. It had several wonderful deck areas with tables to enjoy the ocean and beautiful neighborhood. Tastefully decorated and kitchen stocked with most items you will need. One of the rare homes I looked at that had a full bath in each of the five bedrooms AND a powder room. Grayt 30A the management company was excellent and clearly cares for the property and guests needs with attention to detail as well as friendly and timely communications throughout the entire process before you arrive, during and after. All emailed questions I had were answered very quickly. Our family had a wonderful week!
