Great place

We really like staying here. The community and fun of Seaside is a great experience. Close to the beach - having bikes to ride are fun- shops and Modica Market couldn’t be better. The restaurants and bars are great too. The house was perfect for two of us. Overall was a great vacation for both of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is a unique and magical place because of places like Green Gables. My wife and I stayed here 25 years ago and returned for a three day weekend in October. It was a fantastic stay in a private location on the edge of town surrounded by vegetation. Everything was easily accessible from the beach to the town center to swimming pool, tennis courts and trails. The place has great spaces including the screened in porch, vaulted ceilinged living room/kitchen and unique master bedroom.

We had a wonderful host and owner. They were great to deal with and very accommodating! It was the coziest cottage on a quiet street that was perfect for our couples getaway. We can’t wait to go back. It was a picture walk to Seaside Chapel, pool, downtown and to the beach.
The complementary bikes were perfect for daily rides and it has the perfect front porch for sipping coffee

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. The cleanliness of cottage was my favorite We rode bikes everywhere, but were able to walk to middle of seaside and beach . It was a great trip!

Located in the best location in Seaside proper. 2 blocks to town square, quick and easy access to the beach, and basically next door to the pool. Watch your step on the spiral staircase after a few cocktails but other than that it was exactly as described. Would rent again. Also Homeowners Collection staff is wonderful.
