My Blue Sky is a thoughtfully maintained Gulf-view home located in the highly sought-after Old Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood on 30A. With exclusive beach access, walkability to dining and amenities, and a quiet residential setting, this home is ideal for guests who value location, comfort, and a relaxed coastal experience.



The exclusive beach access — available only to Old Blue Mountain Beach residents and guests — is located just one minute from the front door at the end of a quiet street, offering a rare and highly desirable beach experience along 30A.



🏡 The Home



Designed in classic Old Florida cottage style, My Blue Sky features four bedrooms and three and a half baths, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. While the home is part of a twin structure with a separately owned neighboring unit, guests enjoy a quiet stay with no shared amenities and a peaceful residential feel.



The home is arranged across three levels:



Ground Floor

Includes a convenient walk-in bonus shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



Second Floor

The main living space features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and a screened-in porch — ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Amazing Home and Location

A gorgeous home with a 5-star location, My Blue Sky is hands-down the best property I've rented in all my years vacationing along 30A.Nestled in the Old Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood, this beautiful beach house is seriously close to the beach, plus within walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco, and Blue Mountain Bakery. The beach access is down a quiet road a half-block away and has fewer steps down than many others.The home's brightly painted interior and large windows give a sense of spaciousness that makes each room fee large and open. The screened in porch is massive and keeps cool, and the jack-and-jill bedrooms are great for a couple with young kids.There is a ground-level shower just inside the front door, plus a hose outside for rinsing off sandy feet. With this house, the list goes on and on.This is the first vacation rental I've stayed in that I could see myself renting again.I made several requests before and during my stay, and the property management company, Scenic Stays, was quick to respond and eager to help.

Very easy to deal with. Place was advertised. I would say our only complaints were the floors were not very clean when we arrived, and the refrigerator did not work very well. It needs to probably be replaced.

Great Location

Our family had an overall great experience and would rent again. The property management was responsive to any support I needed and I received timely clear instructions for our rental procedures. The location is ideal. A quick walk to the beach entrance made it easy for our family to come and go. The property has been well loved but some updates were appreciated and overall we enjoyed the environment especially the screen porch. Several good restaurants are a short bike ride away along with an ice cream shop.

Amazing!!!

I miss it already!!. What an amazing vacation!.. Having this beautiful home to stay in instead of a hotel was so much more enjoyable and personal. I was able to have one of the best birthdays ive ever had. This house is so close to everything,we barely had to drive anywhere. Your very close to the beach and restaurants and shops and blue mountain is seriously the cutest little place. The house is perfect for a family stay. It was extremely comfortable. The back porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. The beds were so comfy.. after being at the beach all day they were perfect. Maintenance was quick on reponding when we called about one of the upstairs bathrooms. I will definitely be booking this home again in the future. Its really the perfect home for a little getaway.

Wonderful Vaction

We we very happy with the property even though when we made the reservation the property advertised a pool which was something we wanted . Per the property management the owner did away with the pool this past winter. Other than that we enjoyed the property and the location is excellent.

Loved the spacious rooms and the porch is awesome. The dryer doesn't really dry and a burner was out on the stove, but I have never used 4 buners at once ever. Great neighborhood!

Oven didn't work

Wonderful place to stay; however, with several children we needed the oven to work to prepare meals. When we notified someone they did give us a $100 credit and sent someone out the next day to repair it..We were on our way out when that person came so we assumed the oven would be fixed, which it still didn't work when we got back. There wasn't a note, or phone call as to why oven still didn't work, so this was disappointing, with that being said everything else was great and would love to visit again.

The house was fine from a floor plan POV. We did encounter some dead a live roaches within the house. Otherwise, the screened -in porch was a great touch and we spent a great deal of time on the porch when not at the beach..

Excellent location

We had a wonderful time! The beds were super comfortable and the location of the house was perfect! I would only suggest upgrading some of the kitchen utensils and cookware from time to time. Other than that it was a great place to stay! Would definitely come back!

Our favorite beach trip yet!

Everything was so clean and exactly how we imagined it to be, maybe more. The walk to the beach was incredibly short and not crowded at all. We could literally hear the ocean from the screened in back porch that accommodated everyone. All the beds were super comfortable, as well as the living room! We also thoroughly enjoyed using the pool after a long day on the beach. We plan to stay here our next trip as well!

Great place with one caveat out of the owner's control

This home is wonderful, a great deal and an awesome location. The screened in porch is one of the best features, it is large and perfect for meals as well as relaxing. This house and pool are not fancy, but they are clean and very functional. The only caveat is that this is a duplex and the folks on the other side decided to have a long weekend of partying which was very loud- college kids cursing, blasting music all night and tossing beer cans on the lawn. They weren't there the whole time, just over a long weekend, but it did interrupt our sleep those nights. Overall though this is a gem of a property and mere steps from the beach, a great ice cream stand and more and we would recommend.

Great house with good amount of space for my kids - ages 18-23. We used the pool each day and the owners were home next door and gave us our privacy- which was really appreciated. Easy walk to the beach.

Very dirty

The place has mold, cockroaches, and water leaking from the vents. We were down 2 bathrooms and no one came to fix it. The beds had pee stains, walls had fingerprints, shower heads moldy. The only part that was good was the distance to the beach.

Fantastic location

The location of the property was excellent. It took only 2-3 min to get to the beach access- did not have to cross any busy streets to get to the beach. The beach itself was clean, quiet, and beautiful. It was close to an excellent run/walk/bike trail on HWY 30A. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs were perfect for 4 teenagers (2 boys and 2 girls) and 3 adults. Very comfortable beds. The check in process was easy. The property manager was very friendly and was easy to get in touch with. I have only 2 complaints. 1. We love to cook. And the kitchen appliances and pans/griddle, etc need to be updated. 2. We did not know that we had to share a pool with another family in the unit. It was a surprise when we got here. I thought the house was one unit only and it was ours to enjoy. The description of the property did not make that clear. Overall, we loved the house, neighborhood, and the beach. Thank you!

Property was perfect . Short walk to the beach. Loves how your not 3 umbrella rows deep at the beach! House was okay. I thought the two room had queen beds. But seem 3 rooms had full size beds. Linens were old seem to have holes in two sheets in the rooms. Dryer is really LOUD.
