The home was absolutely perfect for our large group (3 families)! Awesome location, very close to Camp Watercolor. Home had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, grilling, etc. Best bunk room we’ve ever seen. Finally, property mgmt group was extremely responsive for anything we needed!

We had a great time at Watercolor! The house was perfectly appointed. Convenient location to pools and bike trails. We always love riding bikes around. We would definitely stay again.

Great house and lay out for big families and best location by Camp Watercolor. Would love some better outdoor furniture to use the patios and porches more.

Family Celebration @a Beautiful House

This is a Beautiful house in a great location! We had 20 people in our family and it accommodated all of us. We enjoyed Camp WaterColor and the bicycles. We had a memorable vacation celebrating Grandpa’s 70th birthday! Definitely will be visiting again.

Wonderful stay, home, and responsiveness

My wife, four teenage kids, and I had a wonderful time at this property. The location and the layout are both perfect. In addition, the management company's responsiveness and attentiveness were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend them to all others.

Great home, well maintained, plenty of space

We are WaterColor veterans, and I must say this home is certainly one of the best maintained homes we have stayed in. Florida is rough on homes, and the owners and property managers do an exceptional job at keeping it up to standards. Location is good, 5 min bike ride to beach, with a fishing pond, volleyball area and green space right out the back door. Camp Watercolor pool is fantastic and is with a few hundred yards. Management company was great to work with. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to cook, and beds are very comfortable. Only issue we had was some of the bedding was dirty, but we arrived a bit early and the home was not able to have the thorough property check where I would hope it would have been discovered. All and all, great home.

Great for Group or large family

It was a great place for our couples trip and would be great for a big family as well. All the bedrooms having their own bathrooms was wonderful for our group. The location is great. We love all the walking and biking trails and it has easy access to Seaside and Watercolor amenities.
