Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. It was a very convenient location and the house is very nice. It was very nice that the kitchen was fully stocked, but the lower cabinets need to be organized because there is so much stuff. I would recommend someone looking at the planks and pickets on the stairs outside the house because some seemed loose.We were disappointed about the public vs private beach. We rented the house because of the close proximity to the beach. It was disheartening to be told to move our items over 20 feet to be in the “public” section. The public beach was jammed packed and there was NO ONE on the private side, specifically the 5 homes in front of Dune Allen Realty.
