The house was good for our multi family reunion. The location is great. We rented a golf cart and went to Grayton Beach State park for beach. The property manager was quick to respond to A/C issue to make it right. One problem (that was not the fault of the property) was that one of our parking spots was repeatedly taken by people renting the house next door. Would help if parking was more clearly marked. Over all I have to give 5 stars because management was so responsive when we had to reach out.

Okay

Not bad. Nice place and location. Trash never picked up so garbage cans were overflowing the whole time. No where to put our 4 bags. 3 oulets not working in kitchen. I finally fixed them by pressing the one with the GFI. Kitchen very basic and under stocked. "Sleeps 12" if half your group are very shory. To get to the top floor you have to walk through the bedroom on the second floor which is not private at all.

Family & Friends Vacation

House is nice for big families! Plenty of rooms. I felt washer & dryer was to small for that big of a house with that many people staying there. Not a fully stock kitchen compared to many I have stayed in. No dish towel, pot holders or kitchen towels. We had to go buy bowls to put left overs in because most of the cabinets was empty. Update pans & get non stick ones just a suggestion. We went & bought our own set. Had trouble with electrical in the house but they fixed it the next day. Things happen I understand that but we had to leave the house & go out to dinner because of it. We cook a lot at the house with a group of 9.Other than that house was nice & spacious. We had a lot of beach days!! We Love Florida that white sand & beautiful beaches!l
