Villa Anesi

The house is superb! Clean--great amenities--great all around service (although we did not need anything taken care of while there). Location is perfect and the golf cart is a key to rounding out the entire vacation. Love this house and would go back anytime I could.

Great Customer Service

The home we originally rented through VRBO sold and we were asked to move to a different rental. I was very apprehensive at first but Kathy was super supportive and helpful. It turned out to be a fantastic house and a great experience. The house was new, clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked and cooking was a pleasure. The elevator was a lifesaver! We all enjoyed the rooftop and the pool. We would definitely rent this home again.

The rooftop deck offered beautiful views of the local area - which offered many nearby amenities and restaurants. We used the pool at the house daily. Overall a great stay!

Dream week!

We had such an amazing week at Villa Anesi. This house is brand new, immaculate and so inviting! The decor is a modern beach vibe with neutral tones. There is plenty of room for gathering on the main level in the family room and kitchen. The beautiful kitchen has top notch appliances and it is fully stocked with whatever you need. The ice machine was a fun extra. The bedroom suites were beautiful with very comfortable beds, roomy closets and amazing bathrooms. The elevator to the upper floors was very convenient when transporting luggage to the bedrooms. The on site pool is a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. It is heated/cooled so that makes it especially nice. The rooftop deck was the icing on the cake to this house! There is plenty of seating and the gas fire pit was amazing! Sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop! Last but not least, we loved the location of this home. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a great restaurant on the way to the beach. We also enjoyed stopping there to pick up breakfast sandwiches on the way to the beach. Finally, it is also within driving minutes to a lot of amazing restaurants, parks, and shopping!
