Spring Break with a big family!

The neighborhood was the perfect setup for a large family, we had a short walk to the heated pool and the beach. We enjoyed lots of restaurants that were close by and could enjoy our outside time when the weather was pleasant!

Great location

We have been staying in this neighborhood for many years, it’s such a great location and the neighborhood is very quiet with easy beach access at the end of the street. The house was very roomy, we had 5 family members staying and everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely recommend this house. The only thing I would suggest that could make it better were if there were beach chairs to use and bikes.

We loved the location and the house fit all 6 of us and had a great beach feel. Very clean. No beach chairs which we would have liked, but the beach and the pool were great. Loved the seating in the living room and the sink on the third floor.

Beautiful home and area.

The tree lined street to the pools and beach access is lovely. The walk was brief and there was a cart for hauling the heavy stuff. The home is lovely with comfortable mattresses and coastal cottage vibe. There was easy access to the 30A bike/walking path. There are great dining and shopping locations in walking distance with the newly opened Greenway Station just across the street.

End of summer trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well appointed, clean and the perfect location. We will definitely return next year! Just a heads up there are no beach towels. Not a problem if you know ahead of time. I would have brought my own had I known so pack your towels! Thanks for a great stay! 10 stars!

Life is good - exceptional!

We had a wonderful spring break stay at Life is good. The house is beautifully decorated and the bedding suited our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. You can’t tell by pictures, but there are nice bunk beds in the hallway between the king master and the king guest bedroom on the second floor. We love N Ryan Street and have stayed on this street several times previously. It’s a nice quiet street and away from the craziness of Seaside and Rosemary. We would definitely stay at Life is good in the future!

Family Vacay 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The area and beach were as beautiful as expected. There is a brief walk to the beach and pool. North Ryan Street in itself was a pleasure with nicely appointed homes and landscapes. The house was roomy and cute! Our favorite things were the sofas:) Had it been cooler when we visited, we would have enjoyed the outside deck, table, and grill. The upstairs air went out briefly, but maintenance had it going within a few hours. The request process was simple, and we were sent a text to update us on the service progress. We look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed it!

I thought it would be a longer walk to the beach based on some of the reviews, but it really wasn't very far at all. Maybe it would be too long for little kids, but for teens and adults it seemed very short. The street is quiet and cute so the walk was a nice stroll. The house was great and very well equipped. My only recommendations would be that the headboard in the master bedroom be tightened. It makes a loud noise every time you so much as roll over in the bed. -- Though if you want a reputation as a Casanova without doing the work, maybe this would work in your favor! ;)

Nice house, close to the beach!

This is a great house for a family or group of friends beach trip. It’s a decent size, plenty of bathrooms and seating. I was pleasantly surprised with how close it was to the beach.
