Beautiful place - less than 5 min walk to the beach

The unit was even better then expected- spotless, large, decorated beautifully, best equipped kitchen I've experienced in a rental, 2 beach chairs, amazing balcony with a view, parking spot #1 so close to the unit. There are carts by the elevators to help bring up your belongings. plenty of restaurants and small shops right there if you don't feel like driving. There are plenty of chair rental options on the beach, which we opted to do, so nice to have chairs set up for you each day, with umbrella's. I would rent anything owned by 30A Girls in the future, their attention to detail and amazing customer service was the best yet! Will be back again! Thank you for an amazing week at the beach!

Excellent stay

Fabulous condo. We stayed here with family for the weekend and we had such a great stay. The condo is exactly as described, check in was seamless. 30a beach girls were just amazing, they include a bonfire night. Condo was clean and well stocked. Easily 5 stars 🌟.

Upscale & Luxurious Experience. Will return!

We enjoyed the condo so much better than a 5 star resort: extremely clean, convenient and definitely serviced all our needs. The location is wonderful, so close to attractions, beach, pool, grocery stores, shopping venues. The area is to die for, LOVED Shunk Gulley, condo extremely comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped and sparkling clean. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

I don't mean to sound snobby but I love 5 star hotels and this exceeded my expectations on all levels. Our family had an incredible time... amenities galore, spectacular view, comfy beds... Jada was very helpful. We will be back!

Amazing trip

Best experience ever! 30a beach girls started our trip with a goodie box. The condo was incredible complete with comfortable beds. The bonfire night was amazing! S'mores, a live mariachi band and games. My kids literally cried when we left the bonfire. The condo was perfect. Located next to restaurants and a famers market. We want to come back in the fall!

Engagement dream!

What an incredible trip it was! My boyfriend went above and beyond, booking not one, but two amazing places for us and my parents. And then, the most amazing surprise - he popped the question! He even teamed up with 30A Beach Girls to plan the perfect proposal and a fabulous chef's night. It felt like something out of a fairytale, and I know I'll cherish those memories forever. But the surprises didn't stop there! The morning after he proposed, we woke up to a sweet surprise from 30A Beach Girls - a heartfelt congratulations card, along with beautiful flowers and mimosas. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. As for the accommodations, the condo was cozy and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The decor was absolutely gorgeous, and being within walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach made it even better. From start to finish, everything was just perfect! Thank you 30A Beach Girls Jessica, Hollie and Joy! They truly made our stay unforgettable! -Monica soon to be Mrs!

Lovely condo

This large condo is beautifully furnished and a perfect place to take refuge from the sun and heat. The location can't be beat, with restaurants, shops and the beach (with private access) all just steps away. This is our second stay in a 30A Beach Girls property, and we have been very pleased with both stays--we will definitely be using them for our next beach trip!

Nice new property, great location, communication was lacking.

Overall we were happy with our rental, but we did have some issues, namely communication. We did not receive the "check-in text" (supposed to go out 1 hour before check-in) so we had no idea which building we were in, which unit, where to park, etc. We did get the info about 25 minutes after we were supposed to check in. The gate codes provided were wrong, so we had to wait for someone else to let us through the beach access gate and the pool gate until someone was nice enough to provide the codes. There was no map provided, so we weren't sure which facilities we had access to or where anything was located. We figured most of this out, but it left us with the feeling that we didn't get our money's worth since we just didn't know what all came with the rental or what facilities we had access to. Most of the rentals we've stayed in (dozens) come with a check in/out packet explaining where everything is on-property, how you access, other info/requirements, etc. For instance, there was a key provided on a blue lanyard, we still don't know if it was to a golf cart, or other amenity that we never able to use because there were no instructions. The property was great, location was great, access was great. The only issue with the property was that there was no hot water the first day, so we all had to take cold showers. I contacted the manager and they submitted a maintenance ticket and the issue was resolved by the next evening.
