Can't say enough wonderful things about this home! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, comfy beds and perfect for our 4 adults and 3 college kids. It truly felt like home (we had 1 rain day and their puzzle and game selections were perfect)! We LOVED the screened in porch and gathered there daily. This community inside WaterColor was quiet and clean. Location was perfect to Publix, the WC Beach Club and Seaside. We took the included golf cart everywhere daily as we did not rent a car (even Grayton Beach for dinner at AJs). Since it was not super crowded (mid May), it was just perfect. This property is managed by 30A Vacation Rentals and they were great to communicate via text - loved being able to text anything and not have to call - convenient and easy. They were so helpful and willing to accommodate with every request. This was our 1st trip to 30A - and because of this experience we will definitely be back!!!
