Beautiful and peaceful location

The property was very clean and well appointed, the owners have decorated the house beautifully. The location was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, along with a convenient full bathroom downstairs by the door. From the numerous patio/balcony areas to the bikes to the natural light and greenery for kids to play in, it was the perfect spot for relaxing-close enough to be convenient to the beach, pools, and Seaside, but far enough to get away from the crowds. The beds were the coziest I have slept in at a hotel or rental home. We will definitely be looking to return to this gem!

Great Vacation

This house was missing common items we're used to seeing in other rentals, like cooking oil, salt & pepper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. We even had to purchase additional trash bags since we only got 2 for the week. But, the house was phenomenal, it's in a wonderful location, and Camp Watercolor was amazing. We loved our trip and we would consider staying here again.

Great visit to Water Color!

The house is lovely, clean, well stocked with towels, and all around very comfortable! I really liked the little "office" as I had to still check in while on vacay. We love to bike in Water Color, but this trip also rented a golf cart from Electric Cart Company which made trips to the beach club more enjoyable on such hot summer days as it is pretty far. This house is on the opposite side of the neighborhood from the beach access, although the neighborhood does have several pools even one with a lazy river! The house is walking distance to the grocery store and ice cream, plus a restaurant that sells Charlie's Doughnut Truck items! You can also easily get to the square at Seaside. All of these things helped keep our teenagers busy! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

Ohmygosh! I can NOT say enough about this house! We didn’t want to leave. It was sincerely a wonderful family getaway. My two daughters (12 & 10) loves the bikes and how close we were to the beach. The neighborhood is simply darling and I wish we would have reserved a golf cart sooner as there were none available. Great home and great accommodations! We loved it!
