Your Friends At The Beach really do go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to get your vacation started on the right foot. The beach and pool are short 2-3 minute walk. The views from the balcony can’t be beat. The pool area is clean and spacious. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful property again. Wonderful Girls Trip

We are a group of 'girls' in our 60's who have dumped the men, adult kids and pets and spent a week at the beach for 15-ish years. We love our martinis - wine - cocktails - shopping - and cooking. We have spoiled ourselves with some outstanding 30A rental houses and condos. I gave Adagio A402 four stars and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it could use a little bit of updating (bathrooms mainly) and since we do a lot of cooking, the kitchen could use more types of accessories typical for entertaining. Deck furniture was uncomfortable and there were too many pieces crammed on a small deck. Your Friends At The Beach was our rental and property management company and they DEFINITELY deserve five stars. Communication was fantastic. Overall a successful and fantastic week to add to our yearly tradition ! !

30A Annual Fall Vacation

We have stayed at Adagio many times and this was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in . Beautiful Furnishings and the Beds were extremely comfortable. I would also like to Compliment the Staff at Your Friend at the Beach, they are the best Rental Broker in the Business. I had one small issue with the Air Conditioning when I arrived and I called and they immediately called me back and my issue was settled in minutes. Would Definitely recommend this Condo to anyone going on Vacation at Blue Mountain Beach!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, but noticed a few things. A lightbulb in the shower was flickering. It didn’t get changed the whole time we were there. Also, a lamp lightbulb went out and there was no replacement for that. The baseboards in the kitchen and around the condo are looking very worn. Upon our arrival, there was hair in the shower. The patio furniture and living room furniture upgrades are awesome. Also, the dryer is struggling to perform. Overall, a great condo, but needs some updating to the bones of the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual our experience with your friend at the beach was outstanding. The condo itself needs some work. The master bedroom mattress is almost impossible to sleep on. I noticed last year that the mattress needed to be replaced but now it is beyond just flipping it to make it better. We also noted this year that the bathtub was dirty and the ceiling exhaust fans in the bathrooms had mildew around them. This is a high-end property and that shouldn't happen. We have rented this unit multiple times but probably will request a different one next time. The Adagio is a beautiful property and a great place to take a family. We will definitely rent from your friend at the beach and stay at the Adagio again.

Lovely Home With Amazing Views

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! From the well appointed interior to the spectacular views from the balcony, we enjoyed our stay!
