70th birthday celebration

Loved the property. More than enough rooms and privacy for everyone. Location to the beach was great. Usage of the golf cart was not clear but we were able to get better information. Responsiveness of your staff was great especially since we locked ourselves out of the house.

Perfect vacation home

Our family stayed in this house because my granddaughter got married on the beach nearby. It was a perfect day! The house had everything you could think of to cook with. We loved having the golf cart for riding around. We very much enjoyed the bicycles. They were so easy to ride. I would recommend this house to anyone as long as they can climb stairs. Everyone LOVED the heated pool and playing with the toys provided.

Property was as described. The view of the ocean was actually better than I thought it would be off the back balconies. Walk to the beach is relatively short, and comparable to the distance we’ve walked at condos that were right on the beach. The beach is public, but since we were there in October it wasn’t overly crowded. The grill is also relatively new, and we used it several times while we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

beach access

The house was great. Lots of space for our family. The only issue is that the beach access was a "public beach access" which meant it was very crowded and hard to find space some days. Other than that, we had an awesome time and would recommend it highly.

Relaxing vacay

We had a wonderful time. The house is clean, stocked with all the essentials. The only issue we had was the pool. It was filthy. Only one jet was working. Every day more bugs, hair, crabs, anything and everything was sitting in the water. A pool guy came to “clean” after we called the rental co. All he did was put chlorine in and scrap the sides with little to no effort. The pool could use a vacuum. The pool needs major upgrading. We ended up not really using it because of how filthy it was. The chairs by the pool are not comfortable either. A patio umbrella or two would be perfect out there since there isn’t any shade. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach was nice.

Mother’s Day week

The house was clean and inviting. There were only 7 of us so we had plenty of room. The only thing I didn’t like was the thermostats would be set on 74 and in the middle of the night it got hot and I had to get out of bed to turn it down. Other than that we may be back next year.

Fantastic Family Rental

This is the perfect property for a large extended family! Great location - short walking distance to the beach. The three levels gave everyone space and the bedrooms were awesome! Two (and a half) refrigerators gave us plenty of space for food and drinks. The best thing about this property was the pool - it is large, refreshing and gated for safety with toddlers. With a large group, we stay home and cook dinners - the kitchen was very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. When we had one small with the pool, the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

50th wedding anniversary trip

Perfect location, short walk to beach, pool at house. Needed someone to fix heater ( heated pool was $day). We ended being fine without it! House wouldn’t work for 16 adults. Kids tripled on fold out couch! Our kids surprised us w/bonfire, pix, champagne, wedding cake, wedding vow renewal, music, and smores on the beach!!! And announcement of another grandchild due in January!!! Our sons and grandsons went deep sea fishing! Caught a bull shark! Brought lots of snappers home for a delicious meal made by our chef/son! Crabbing, riding ocean waves, shopping in Seaside and local towns, relaxing, reading, walking on beach, sunsets, moon rises, laughing and enjoying family!!! Perfect glorious 50th celebration! Thank you Lord for so many blessings! Thank you Allen and your crew for “sharing” your home! Bonnie

Seagrove beats Hurricane Ian

Perfect for family gathering. Space to gather and space for kids to nap. Shout out for providing a Pack-n-play! Gorgeous ocean views. Loved the second and third floor decks. Private pool great alternative to sand and still in the sun. Attentive host and manager. Thanks for a fantastic place to enjoy family time!

Great home for a large family

Check in and response from property manager was excellent. Be aware the bedrooms on the 2 lower floors are smaller, so if you are traveling with children who require a cot or pack and play they must stay in one of the 3rd floor rooms. The extra living spaces were a lifesaver for our large group. We loved the porches looking out to the ocean. Beautiful home. We would stay again most definitely. This beach access is public, so make sure you are up early to snag a spot close to the water (6-7 am). They do not allow canopies or wind sails close to the water. Only umbrellas.

Nice house. Needs alot of updates and maintenance

The home needs some TLC. Much needs to be repaired, replaced and updated. Walls throughout need to be painted, baseboards painted, inside cabinets need to be replaced. Finishes peeling off. Some bathroom shower/sink have handles that just pull off when turned on. NO handicapped safety bars in the showers. kitchen appliances need to be replaced... old and inadequate. Refrig in kitchen makes small amounts of ice. Refrig. no. 2, ice make frozen and does not work at all. Pool hoses need to replaced. Insides are full of algae and runs into the pool, when turned on. Bar B Que Grill needs to be replaced. Property manager tried to help us but the grill is shot!! What little TV instructions did not work. Incorrect codes and given wrong instructions. Never had TV the entire week. Many light bulbs out! Could be a nice house but needs lots of cleaning, repairing and updating. Location was most enjoyable. The people in charge of this rental need to take time for review of what they think needs to be and do it

Great house and good views

This house is large and well maintained. It has good views of the gulf in front and a lake in back. My wife and I were there with our four adult children, two sons-in-law, two toddlers, and one infant, and there was plenty of room for all of us. One downside is that the only beach access is the public access spot about 150 yards away, and the beach there is crowded in peak season. Our only real complaint had to do with housekeeping, not with the house. We had to wait a half hour in the heat because the cleaning staff was late turning the house over to us, and then we found that there was hand soap in only two bathrooms, no shower soap at all, and no bathmat in the master bathroom. Again, that's not the fault of the owners or the management.

Family vacation

We had 16 in our family stay at this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Never ran out of hot water and had a great washer and dryer. We all got ready for family photos on the beach with no problems. Only wish there was a path in the sand dunes for easier beach access but beautiful location and view of the gulf!

Great location but fridge needs work

It was a great house and wonderful location. But, The fridge did not work properly. And the check in process it was noted that we should not overload the refrigerator with drinks and such and so we didn’t. We only put milk and cheese and meats and seafood in there and we put other stuff in the fridge in the laundry room. Unfortunately we lost a lot of the food overnight because the refrigerator did not work properly. A technician showed up the next day, however we never called and asked for a technician. He indicated that he got the call last week to come out and check the fridge and said that it was not working properly and that he could not fix it. So we didn’t use it after that. But we already lost some seafood another perishable items that we had to go ribeye
