"In town for a tour of UCSB. Close to downtown SB and UCSB. Our room was really nice and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was simple but very good. Staff was very welcoming and quick to bring us extra towels. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My husband and I travel often and we would place The Sideways Inn in Buellton as one of our Top Five favorite Inns. The riooms are impeccable, The staff is incredible. The grounds are stunning. The bar and restaurant had great ambience and delicious food and drinks. Strongly recommend to anyone who enjoys excellence. We can’t wait to go again."

"Loved our stay! The hotel staff was very helpful and the property / rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I saw were that a lot of the slot machines were out of order, broken, buttons missing, screens shattered (due to people aggressively hitting them). It wasn’t the casinos fault but a shame that so many machines were not even useable. "

"This was a nice hotel to stay at. Very clean, very helpful staff and a real nice breakfast. The thing I liked about it most was I was able to walk to it from the train station. I had taken Amtrak and it was at the most only six blocks away. From the hotel, I walked back down the same street (past the train station) to a lot little breweries, wine rooms, & cafes-that was a fun area. For me it was walkable (Maybe not for others- but for me it was). "

"The staff was friendly, room very clean. Bed was comfortable. Although the Jacuzzi tub in bathroom was not in operation the deeper tub as well its contours made taking a bath very comfortable. The hotel is located just before entering the town so you did not have to go through traffic to get there. Would stay there again."
