“Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”

“The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!”

“Our rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us at the door and clearly walked us through everything we needed to know. The location was conveniently located on a square which made it very easy to fine and remember. The only downside was the we had a lot of luggage and when we needed to leave it, there was not a lot of storage in the space to do so. The staff made it work by putting things in cabinets though. ”

“This is the place to stay if you want to see the sites in Florence. It is literally next to the Duomo and all the amazing stores and restaurants. Even though the streets are noisy- you will not hear anything when in the hotel. It is on the third floor and has no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up and down the stairs. Breakfast is fresh and wonderful and the staff are very helpful and kind. ”
