「Great location (~10 min walk from Rato Subway station), and the apartment had sufficient air conditioning . The surrounding areas are walkable and despite living on the first floor, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff kindly allowed us to check in a few hours early as we had an overnight flight and was extremely tired upon arrival; We had a free bottle of wine (complimentary) and the laundry and dishwasher were great assets to our trip. Highly recommend!」

「This was a terrific space to stay. Washer/dryer, kitchen, large sis it is bath with wonderful jets and floor to ceiling windows. You do need to be tech savvy to handle online check in and what’s app helps but it was smooth even at last minute. Loved the water and crackers waiting for us. Absolutely will stay here again when in Lisboa.」

「Horrible communication with the host. I never got a check in code even after checking in on the app, and the host didn’t respond to my messages and calls for ages. Nearly slept outside. And still didn’t share the main entrance code after I explained the app wasn’t working, so I had to rely on tailgating people. It was a very stressful experience」
