“Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone. One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was……

“Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.”
