Great location. Host answered question in timely manner. Comfortable mattress. TV/streaming easy to access. Pots/pans could use an upgrade As well as beach chairs, cooler, and an umbrella as most come to sunny Florida via a plane ride and want to do beach time. We would return again.

Cute place, nice easy walk to the beach!
Having one bathroom was a little hard on the family but I loved the cozy layout and cute decor, and being so close to a grocery store and a nice beach in Nokomis was an overall great stay. My two girls and wife didn't want to leave! Queen bed was a little creaky and bathroom could use a little freshening up but nothing that stopped us from enjoying ourselves. Having a washer and dryer right there was a great feature, worked great.

Nice beech nearby!
This is a typical old Florida home in an old Florida neighborhood. Nothing fancy but has all you need. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs in the back yard to visit and eat meals. We also liked sitting in the little outdoor covered patio at the front entrance. The beech can be walked to in about 15 minutes and it’s beautiful. No high rises in sight!
