“The entire trip was messed up because I told them expressively, including Expedia that I was arriving Friday night, but really coming in on the 18th because it would be 1:30 AM. They booked me for the following day with out checking in because I originally had the correct time in there. Not only that I have to find a very expensive hotel just for the evening to rest. I had to eat the charge because they would not reverse charges back and they knew the night before that. That was the wrong……

“The food is excellent and the hotel and the staff are really really nice. The only issue is that it’s in the kiddoe of an industrial park and there’s not much in the immediate area at all ”

“Clean room, helpful staff. Room a biyt outdated but nice and spacious with everything you need. Pool was excellent as were the grounds. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Nothing fancy but very tasty and well cooked, good value for money. 25 mins from airport (12km), easy drive just a little traffic to consider”

“Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so……
