「We stayed in the Ron Ron suite. Wonderful views. Great food and service at the restaurant.
Hotel was difficult to find since it was the evening.
The viewing platform had great views but lots of bugs and ants up there.

「Resort was clean and property was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great views and a nice beach with shade and a breeze for the hot afternoons. Food was good, but options were a bit limited. Lots of hills and stairs to walk around the property, but there was a readily available shuttle if you didn't want to walk.
Overall a nice resort.」

「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why:
1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor.
2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep.
3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house.

「Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Papagayo Golden Palms and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.
Everyone was fantastic — from housekeeping to the restaurant staff and chef — and you could truly feel how much they cared about the guests’ experience. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
