The apartments are located in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five-minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the Jasmund National Park. The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historic villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant.   The apartment house has 12 apartments in high-quality equipment (1- to 2-room, spacious kitchen with the best equipment, terrace or Balconies, satellite TV, stereo, lift, underground parking, Baltic Sea and u. v.m.) and are suitable by the spatial distribution for friendly families. Restaurants and cozy pubs can be found in the area. On request we offer a bread service.   Breakfast in the neighboring Hotel Meeresgruss (about 20 meters) possible. Please sep. Bring your favorite CD. It will sound good here, too. Otherwise, you should only use your personal belongings; together with the slippers, wrap up. Everything else you need you will find in the apartment including a washing machine. In the underground car park (duplex parking system - not suitable for large cars), you can use the comfortable car park 11 above. The penthouse can be reached by elevator.   If you want to have breakfast, there is a possibility in the neighboring hotel. We are sure that you will not forget the days in this apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
