The space
Sunrise Cottage is located about 25 minutes from Rock Sound Airport, 30 minutes from Governor's Harbor Airport and 1 hour and 15 minutes from North Eleuthera Airport.

It sleeps up to 4 persons comfortably, a fully equipped kitchen, backup power, wifi, two Ultra HD smart TVs both in living room(50”)and bedroom(43”) with Netflix, washer & dryer, AC , large outdoor deck for smoking and other activities and much more!

We start you off with complementary 5 gallons bottled water, ice, tea, coffee & sugar, salt & black pepper. All free & clear laundry detergent and dryer sheets available.

Please conserve energy by turning off all lights and fans when not in use. Absolute no smoking indoors please.

Housekeeping is provided midweek for stays of 6 days or more.

Late checkouts are based on availability.

Please remember to return all towels if you take them to the beach.

Fees:
-Lost Keys-$10
-If smoking is detected in the house there will be a $400 fine.
-Missing or damaged towels: $25 each.
