"We had an amazing time at Grand Hyatt Bali. The staff are always friendly and go over and beyond to help out. The hotel complex is so well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The variety of pools is great, the beach right in front of the resort. Restaurants offer great quality of food. "This is my 7th visit to Courtyard since coming to Bali. You can not fault the beautiful staff and facilities. Close to everything including the beach and shops/ restaurants. Eat street a short distance away using the hotels shuttle service. The pool bar is excellent and the breakfast is amazing. Will always come back here.
