The place was very comfortable and up to our standard except the shower water from the "rainforest" shower head was not strong enough. Hence, we had to use the normal shower head which was placed at a lower position and unable to adjust.

Good location easy spot without confusion Attentive service, daily house keeping with good care

The hotel is really nice, staff are friendly and helpful. As the accommodation is really expensive in the city centre, we decide to stay at the airport hotel. It takes 20mins to go to city centre by the train or bus from the terminal but It is extra 5 minutes from the airport terminal compared to another airport hotel. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Overall, it is a very nice hotel as an alternative to the expensive hotels in the city centre.

Friendly staffs, spacious and comfortable room. Definitely will visit again in the future. Thank you!

King was exceptionally welcoming and helped make our checkin/checkout seamless. She was super helpful and suggested a great place for brunch. Thank you King, we greatly appreciated your assistance and kindness. Amazing canal view. Comfortable bed. Love the shower wash/shampoo, lovely brand/scent. Room was relatively large and roomy. Bathroom lighting was great but room lighting could be a little bit brighter. Convenient and walkable location around the canals. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank...

Good experience

Hotel does not provide anything, even a bottle of water and it is really noisy, cannot sleep well.
