「Staffs at the front desk is very nice. The room is large, with new utilities. It is convenient to go to the city centre or find restaurants nearby.」

「離愛丁堡主要車站不遠，客房很大又乾淨，沒有吃他們的早餐不知道好不好吃，電視說是可以投影Netflix但是完全投影不上去，請人來修理也沒修好，他們也就這樣差不到原因不了了之」

「1. Location is good 2. Bell boy is proactive when checkin 3. Room is clean basically BUT RATs are running on the ceiling, you can clearly hear the sound of them. 4. Reception staffs are chit chatting loudly in the lobby. 5. Showing water are actually cold while the temperature is 4degree Celsius. Will not come again because of the horrible mouse during the night.」

「The room was fabulous with a big comfortable bed. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. We were travelling with our dog so couldn’t eat breakfast in the main restaurant but we ate in the tavern instead which was lovely and quiet. We could pick from their menu or order anything from the main restaurant including the buffet too. In the evenings we ate in La Vista and again took our dog, the first was great and again we were well looked after. My only negative would be the cost of...
