"Very pretty location with lovely picture window overlooking the creek and redwoods. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen except a wine opener is needed. Not their fault that Oct 2 was a 104 degrees but a workable A/C would have made it better. It did cool down at night so would still recommend this home. "

"The check in was very easy and they allowed us to drop off our luggage early and that was greatly appreciated!We wanted to stay in the mountains so the location was ideal but be aware it is a drive you want to make in the daylight. "The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Shorts drives to the beaches in Capitola and Santa Cruz , the cabin is cute and has everything you need .my wife enjoyed the hot tub .we will be back "

"Over all a pretty good experience. Beds were a litte uncomfortable, shower was small, and I definitely recommend you bring your own pillows but the place was clean, safe, and had 2 TVs, as well as a full kitchen. Communication with the owner was a 10/10. She was so helpful and kind. Would love to return in the future!"

"this is a large, tranquil property very near the entrance of portola redwoods state park. there are 3 cabins, one occupied permanently in the front by a friendly and kind man ,Michael ( and his mom),who are keeping an eye out on everything. just behind the front cabin, there is a large 3 bedroom cabin which was our base for the park, along with a tiny ,but cozy cabin that was behind it, with plenty of room to stretch out for everybody.
