“酒店秩序井然，设施、花园、卫生等各方面维护都很好，看得出管理层很用心，而且总会热情地打招呼问候及了解顾客感受和需要改进的地方。酒店位置离石头城很近，景色很美，有水上活动中心和马厩可以划船骑马，还有自行车可以骑到高尔夫球场去玩，当然可以打一场高尔夫看看。有小块海滩比较远一点，也不适合海里游泳，想玩海滩的听说岛北部比较合适。只是休闲的话还是很推荐的”

“This hotel has changed names and there is no signage showing the hotel location. The hotel is being managed by an Egyptian guy. This hotel is in need of alot of renovation. Expedia needs to remove them from posting fake information. Beds are broken, ceiling has big holes. it a a personal home and in very very poor condition. Not hot water. the lock you in the property we waited 30mins to have an attended let us out of the property so we can get dinner. the road is horrible no accessible.……

“From the beginning the response from the hotel was poor...”

“It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. To be honest I was planning to just check-in drop my bags and head out in search of another place. The staff also, could not speak English. My drive from the airport was my saving grace who was there with us and interpreting to them what……

“Poor management and the hotel has no freedom by desk but is operated out of a restaurant that is around the corner. The room is basic a bed and bath. The manager is not around but part of the time but only at the restaurant. No sign at restaurant that there is a hotel and we were the only guests. Would not return. ”
