「I was booked at the Glacier Lodge, there was a party of 6. Middle of the first night, we discovered bed bugs in one of our sofa beds. We had to be moved to two separate rooms in two separate accommodations. Gurpreet at The Peak was super nice and provided exceptional customer service. The other room was at Cascade Lodge and the staff there was quite nice also, easy to deal with. Quite understanding. The two places were very accommodating but despite that, it’s sucked because our family got split...

「Our room was clean and close to the elevator. it is walking distance to the entrance of Whistler Ski lift too! I read about the noise from the busy street but it didnt bother me at all and even if there were any noise, everything quiets down by 10pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. 」

「Clean, good location. Was nice and cozy for us (parents, and teenager); mainly there to snowboard. The ‘gym’ is four cardio machines in a small room, … went to the climbing gym in the village and it’s great if you’re looking to pump it up. Kitchen has the very basics; great being close enough to the gondola to come in for lunch. Washer/dryer in room was a bonus. Parking was a bit expensive; $32/day and quite a maze to get into.」

The place is awesome, conveniently located close to the chair lifts. We came in this was very nice because we didn't have to wake up very early in the morning in order to drive.
