“Was perfect for the two of us! Cozy and lovely.”

“Great location inside Wyndham Resort. Super quiet. Comfortable bed. Owner left instructions for most appliances, big screen TV, etc but needed info about ceiling fan and a few other things. Most people will probably want to drive to the beach, but we did discover a shortcut that was walkable. If we return we will book this condo again.”

“I was looking for seclusion and relaxation. If that is your vibe, I would say this is a great place to go. It is very cozy, clean and tucked away. It also has a small golf course if you want to do that. It is very close to the beach, you can walk or drive.”

“Benjamin is a wonderful host...this was a great place to stay. It is close to the pool, putt putt golf and a café for coffee or a great cup of ice cream. What is great about this place is Benjamin has included the amenities card. This is a great option to get with the reasonable price already. This is dog friendly if your fur baby is coming with you. The condo is very clean also.”

“Great location! Excellent communication and quick response times. Unit is cute and has an amazing screen porch.”

“Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a……

“The place was as described, everything in working order. I loved the upstairs bedroom and it was nice to have my own space including a balcony and indoor seating area. I was very pleased with how quiet it was-we did not hear noise from neighbors when we were indoors at all and even the kids being awake in the living room couldn’t be heard from the upstairs bedroom. The screened balcony was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t on the beach. Saw plenty of deer and birds, even saw deer……

“Other than not receiving a parking pass, everything went well!”

“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“2nd time staying and really enjoyed the clean condo and convenient access to beach and pool.”

“Great unit. Would definitely book again.”

“The condo was exceptionally clean and tidy. Even though I didn’t use the provided toiletries because of my sensitive skin, I found that to be a good thing. Assigned parking was great, and access to the unit was very easy. I would suggest replacing the pots and pans because they are scratched. Because there is a restaurant below the unit, it did get a little noisy, and we could hear the people above us walking around. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Lovely updated historic home. Nice appliances & features. Polite and prompt communication from the hosts. Great stay!”

“I love the property. The parking and finding the unit would be very difficult without the very diligent instructions the property manager provided. Made things so much easier. Great communication. Only issue we had was sleeping in the pull-out sofa bed - the streetlights make it very bright in the living room at night (where sofa bed located). If had black out shades I would add an additional star ;-)”

“Perfect location to stay in Charleston! The property itself was great and seconds away from a fabulous Spanish restaurant (downstairs) and coffee places. Checking in/out was very easy and communications with property management was super responsive when we questions regarding parking. Highly recommend to book this place when in Charleston!!”

“It wa actually even better than the description on vrbo! Very convenient locationWonderful stay in Charleston!”

“The unit was exactly as described and had plenty of essentials to get us started. The location was very convenient to plenty of restaurants and shops. Property managers were extremely quick to respond and communications were clear. Highly recommend this property if you want to be conveniently located to all the major areas of Charleston.”
