“This was such an amazing little hotel by the water! It had such cozy cottage vibes. The front desk worker, an older woman, was SO lovely. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and chatty, which made the stay feel even more homey!!
Our room was small, but very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It even had a small kitchen, which I didn’t realize when I booked, and it ended up being such a nice surprise. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint.

“We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! ”

“It's a nice property right in the middle of the tourist section of Seaside. Park the car, check in, and walk to the beach plus many good stores, restaurants, bars. It's annoying that it was almost twice as expensive as last year at this time. As with any hotel, the morning coffee is meh at best, from here it's worth the block walk to bagels by the sea for coffee (I am in no way affiliated with bagels by the sea).”

“This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.”

“This property is clean with a friendly and helpful staff. It's only a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. It's situated just off the main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The room has a microwave and a small fridge; we had plenty of space for our snacks and drinks. I would stay here again for the money we paid. :)”
