「I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

「We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. The carpet was very dirty and lots of food on it etc. I suggest the cleaners move the bed to vacuum. Staff are very friendly and efficient especially reception and bar. 「We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them.
