「This place is a JOKE. They won't give you clean towels or any kind of house keeping until you are there for 14 days. I was there 11 days and had to wash my towels in the laundry room at $6 a load twice and take out my own trash every other day. There are no ammenities in the room. No blow dryer, iron, not even 1 cup...nothing. The staff was also extremely rude. My key kept on not working. 3 days in a row I had to walk 4 flights of stairs twice because I would get to my room and the key didn't...

「This is a great Motel 6. I didn't get the ground floor so I opted for the top floor instead - go big or go home right? Lol. The room was large, very clean, good water pressure. I always travel with my own coffee maker but I'm not sure that the room had one - it didn't have a microwave which I prefer one. 「The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

「When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed...
