"Location super convenient. Hotel lobby is at 9/F and the shopping mall up to 8/F consists of restaurant floor and yodobashi. Airport bus stops exactly right in front of hotel exit upon arrival. Airport bus stop to kansei airport needs around 10 mins walk. Reception staff speaks very good english and is very helpful. Room very clean. Definitely will stay over again."
"The breakfast is out of my expectation - so many food choices and really worthy to try!
The room is hot - it was better after we turned on the humidifier with strong wind. The room is really small for 3 people but still cozy.
Very good that we can collect the skin care products, tea bags etc ourselves on G/F. Self checkin and checkout is convenient.
The location is excellent - walking distance to many attraction spots. Also very close to Douton Plaza, where we took the airport bus."
