I would stay again
It was a nice hotel I really like how they had separate unlike the other hotels I have reviewed they would only have one room for 3 or 4 people to stay in .

Overall the room size and location were good. The bed bugs were not. I woke up to a number of welts, and a rather dismissive response from the staff. The hotel would only believe there was an issue after visiting a doctor and getting medical confirmation. Given most clinics are closed on a Sunday, and time limitations because of flights, it was essentially a brush off, and refusal to acknowledge the problem.

Hello, this is Run Hotel.I'm the manager on the phone.I recommended you to see a doctor first because you are not comfortable with itchingAnd there is a place near here where you can get medical treatment even if it is Sunday.He only talked about itching symptoms as mites, so I felt we needed a clearer diagnosis.Our hotel has a quadruple protection of our bed mattress and we wash our sheets every day.I suggested a hospital because I need more accurate diagnosis because I heard that you suffered damage from mites since it opened in April last year. Please contact me if you have a correct diagnosis. We apologize for any inconvenience.

올레시장에서 가깝습니다. 리모델링후 환기가 덜됐는지 새집증후냄새가 아직 많이 나네요. 그외는 편히 지내다 갑니다.

가성비 좋은 숙소
가성비 좋아요. 직원분들 친절하시고요.제주안심코드 다 되어있구요. 체크인시간이 3시가 아니어서 아쉬웠는데 미리 짐도 맡아주셨어요. 방도 꽤 넓고 멀리 산이 보이는 전망도 참 좋았습니다. 체크아웃전에 10시 20분경 전화가 와서 받았는데, 아무말씀도 안하고 끊으셨어요;; 깜놀했다는. 체크아웃 빨리하라는 건가 싶어 40분경 나왔어요. 11시 체크아웃 아닌가요? 이런경우는 처음 겪어서 당황했어요. 암튼 그것 빼곤 다 괜찮았습니다 담에 또 가고싶은 숙소였어요.

주차장이 아쉬웠지만 그것빼곤 만족합니다.
숙소는 깔끔하게 괜찮았습니다. 나름 오션뷰였구요.앞에 건물이 조금 가리기는 했지만. 근데 숙소 내 주차장이 협소했어요. 그래서 저희는 숙소 근처 무료 공영주차장에 주차했어요. 주차가 조금 아쉬웠지만 나머지 부분은 좋았습니다.

강추하는 호텔
깨끗하고 넓고 올레시장이랑 가까워 도보로 움직일수 있었습니다. 어머님, 가족 4명 총 5명이서 이용했는데 충분한 넓이에 시설도 만족스러웠습니다. 서귀포로 가면 앞으로 무조건 여기에 숙소를 잡을 것 같습니다. 가성비 최고 아주 만족합니다. 강추합니다.

숙소 자체는 좋지만 서비스가 아쉬움
숙소는 전반적으로 청결해서 좋았습니다. 수건과 종이컵 비누 등 필요한용품들도 넉넉하게 챙겨져있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 관계자 분들과 원활한 소통이 이루어지지 않아서 하우스 키핑 같은 부분들이 잘 되지 않았습니다. 프론트에 항상 사람이 있지 않아서 써비스적인 측면들이 많이 아쉽습니다. 그렇지만 시장과 거리가 매우 가깝다는 점, 바다가 바로 앞에 있다는 점 등은 큰 장점인것 같습니다. 그렇지만 서비스적인 측면들이 아쉬워서 재이용을 할지는 두고 봐야 할 것 같습니다.

둘이 머물기에 넓고 깔끔하고 좋았는데 방음이 너무 안 좋았어요 윗층에서 어찌나 의자를 끓어대는지...ㅜㅜ 밖에서 지나가는 사람들 소리도 크게 들리고... 방음만 해결되면 가격대비 좋은곳이라 생각합니다

호텔이아니고 모텔수준입니다.
청결은 훌륭해요. 하지만 슬리퍼는 폐기해야 할 정도로 너덜너덜 해서 보기 흉한데 방문을 열면 바로 보이게 올려 놓았습니다. 그리고 3박 했는데.. 1박 후 재실청소 해 주셨으나, 2박 후에는 잊어버린건지 들어 온 흔적도 없기에, 물이랑 수건만 교체 요청하려고 0번 눌렀지만.. 계속 당분간 사용할 수 없다는 맨트만 나옴. 객실료가 저렴해서 그러려니 하고 말았습니다. 재방문이나 추천은 못하겠어요.
