Very friendly staff. Very quiet area and convenient are with a convenient store and many restaurants in the area. About 3 minute walk to bus and train station. Definitely recommend!

This is a remodeled hotel so everything is new, clean and modern. The customer service is extraordinary and one of the best experience i have had. I left my sunglasses in my hotel room and they tried their best to ship my glasses out for me. We also landed early and they allowed early checked in with a fee. It is right next to gwangjang market, dongdaemun market, near bus station, train station and a bus stop to incheon airport so it was super convenient.

Housekeeping was “off”, they cleaned the room at “their convenience” regardless of when you were out (say headed out from hotel early in the morning but they just commenced cleaning your room in the evening when you are back!). Hence we had to wait! Mosquitoes live inside the hotel room! Despite they had film + we didn’t open window! Worse is, some hotel crew isn’t friendly at all!

The Blue Duck Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and ready for us after a day out in Seoul. There are many great sites near here and the subway is so close. We definitely recommend starting here and will come back next time we're in Seoul!

立地がよく、お部屋も綺麗でした。何よりスタッフさん全員が親切です。到着した日が寒波で寒かったのですが、ブランケットと電気ストーブを貸し出してくれました。ペダル注文もタクシーも呼んでくれました。清掃のお姉さんも感じがよく、滞在中はとても快適に過ごせました。価格もリーズナブル、本当にお世話になりました^^

Honnêtement, nous étions un peu inquiets avant notre arrivée, car l’hôtel venait tout juste d’ouvrir, mais même après avoir testé plusieurs hôtels à travers toute la Corée du Sud, notre séjour au Blue Duck reste le meilleur. Les chambres sont impeccables, et le personnel est incroyablement à l’écoute et chaleureux : toujours prêt à aider ou à conseiller. Les petites boîtes avec le nécessaire dans les chambres sont vraiment pratiques et réfléchies, un vrai plus. Merci de nous avoir laissé un si beau souvenir dans votre hôtel, et nous espérons que vos affaires continueront de prospérer !

バス停からすぐ 部屋は綺麗で清潔 ホテルのスタッフも綺麗な，日本語を話す方、英語を話す方色々でしたが、どなたも親切でした。タクシーも呼んでくれたり食事もホテル前のお店で韓国語が話せない私の代わりに通訳してくれました。 強いて言うなら、バスタブ付きの部屋にしましたが、排水口の下に配管が通ってないのか、バスルーム中に水が溢れてていました。一応、バスルーム用のスリッパがあるので対応できます。

大雨の中、傘を貸してくれたり、電子レンジを貸してほしいと言ったらわざわざ出してきてくれたり、ソンスまでの道のりを丁寧に教えてくれたり、フロントの方がとても優しくて心地よいステイでした！お掃除の方もとても感じがよかったです！
