“The hotel manager and bell boy are very nice and courtesy. I made something wrong for my room but they assist me and solved all the problem quickly. Highly recommended to other. The place is so convenient next to Harrods and next to the tube station. Nice hotel ! We will definitely come back next time”

“This was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, quiet, modern, and cheap. The location was great and the small size of the room, aside from being pretty funny, really motivated me to spend pretty much all of my time in the city and not in my room. “Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“很漂亮價格合理的房子，但職員從清潔人員到高級經理，大部分都沒禮貌，只有一兩個稍好，因為每次我給他們説thank you都沒有人回應，自己好像白痴一樣，這樣是服務人員應該有的態度嗎？連客人連聲多謝都不回應一句，不知跟我們是亞洲人有沒有關係，縂之不爽，希望改善，別破壞入住氣氛”

“Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.”
