“Casa molto bella, stanza ben arredata e ottima negli accessori, posizionata in sito ben circondato da supermercati e ristoranti, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.La casa, ha un bellissimo giardino di 1000mq, ben curato con una bellissima veranda.La casa è curata e accessoriata di tutto, lavatrice,lavastoviglie un camino e in giardino con un barbecue.Consigliato a famiglie e gruppi di amici.La proprietà è stata molto attenta nel seguici nel nostro soggiorno.Pulizia ottima .Strategica per gli……

“Wir haben zu viert 8 Tage in dieser sehr ruhigen und ordentlichen Unterkunft verbracht und Ausflüge nach Rapallo, Portofino, Genua, Chiavari und Sestri Levante gemacht.Besonders positiv waren - der sehr gute Kontakt zur Gastgeberin per WhatsApp.- der Blick auf die Bucht bis Portofino (sogar ein Fernglas lag am Fenster, sodass wir einige Schiffe identifizieren konnten).Klar sein muss einem, dass die Gegend sehr verwinkelt und steil ist (zum Zentrum von Zoagli mit Strand sind es etwa 3km und 215……

Every corner of the castle had something interesting: the kitchen was fantastic (we made pizza in the pizza oven), we had drinks in the taverna, lounged in the pool, and had dinners on the balcony overlooking the sea. “Super easy check-in, great location with a fantastic view. Looked as great as in the pictures, we got here on a super hot day and after those steps the AC was more than welcomed! Super clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen and really close to the town too so it was perfect for cooking and getting takeout food to eat on the terrazza too! Great outdoor setting, really comfortable and with a backyard that seems almost endless. We loved our stay and almost wished we stayed a bit longer. It had……

“What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop.”

“Luca and Emanuella wee the most lovely hosts--- they were not only super responsive before our arrival, answering many questions before we came (we were very unfamiliar with the geography!) but very supportive upon our arrival, meeting us upon arrival, arranging help with our parking, luggage, etc--not to mention their villa is well-stocked, beautifully decorated, with the most stunning views-- we LOVED our time here-- thank you!!”

“Upon our arrival , we had the pleasant surprise of finding dinner and breakfast makings in the kitchen… tomatoes, lettuce, pasta, pesto, fruit, milk, eggs, bread, jams, coffee, and more! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, and tableware, tablecloths in the hallway. The living room was spacious with several seating areas.
