"The entire check-in process was smooth. Our host was able to let us access the property earlier in the day as our flight to Denver arrived in the morning. The kitchen was set up so that we made a hot breakfast every morning. This property is perfectly located near Garden of The Gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor and is close enough to I-25 for getting to other points of interest."

"We had 3 couples and 2 single adults- beautiful & spacious. Privacy was excellent. The house is very quiet-especially when you’re in your rooms. The grounds were great! The care takers, Sue & Wally were helpful and kind. We had one bathroom issue and it was taken care of quickly and all was great!!! We recommend! Especially if you have an event at the Broadmoor. "
