「friendly staff and very clean 」

「Very clean and affordable family hotel right on the main strip in Sevierville. It wasn’t a big thrill hotel but served it’s purpose for my family, we enjoyed ourselves.」

「It is a beautiful hotel filled with southern hospitality from the staff. We enjoyed our stay. My only concern is that their handicap rooms only have one queen bed in them, which doesn’t work when you have 4 people in the same room. They really need to make a few more handicapped rooms to accommodate people with families. But Kaitlyn one of the agents there went above and beyond for us, setting up a non handicapped room for us to be able to use. Unfortunately my husband had to go to the lobby...

「We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier.
