Along with a water park, this smoke-free cabin has an indoor pool and Access to hot tub. Other amenities include laundry facilities, an arcade/games room and barbecues. The cabin boasts a private pool and a fireplace, while offering 6.5 bathrooms and a washing machine. Guests will find a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave.
Air-conditioned accommodation at this cabin offers private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer fridges, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils.

Amazing mountain house!

We had 5 families (23 people total) stay at this house and we never felt crowded! The house is amazing with so many amenities and things to do. The only slight downfall is the steep mountain roads getting there, but you forget all about it when you get to the house and see the beautiful views. Highly recommend!

We Loved it!

This place was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 5 kids ages 8-13. Everyone had their own space. The kids had enough activities and places to separate if needed. We all enjoyed it. The view is beautiful. Be sure to lock your cars the bears love to look inside.

Something for all ages!

We had a great stay! House was very clean, lots of dishes in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. My husband and brother in law loved the golf simulator, it was a hit! The kids loved the pools and the movie theater. There was something for everyone! My dad has mobility issues and this house worked extremely well for him.House had a lot of supplies and space to keep enough food and drink for a large group. Management company was quick to respond to any question which is a huge plus for me. We would choose to stay here again.

Beautiful home, beautiful views. Great pool and outdoor play area. We even had an early morning visit from a bear! It was soo cool. But we recommend having bear spray handy just in case!

"Bluff Mountain Splash" at Spring Break

Ultimate family getaway!

Once again, this fabulous home provided us with the perfect space for our large group! The pools, game rooms (esp the new golf simulator), turfed play area, expansive kitchen/dining areas and super roomy bedrooms with attached bathrooms were all so well planned out! Such a great space for kids as well as adults! Definitely recommending this home to our friends! Can't wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging from 2 years to 65 years. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours in it. In fact, it was such a great design that our timid 5 year old became a fish by the end of our stay. The 2 year old loved jumping in, too. The home was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The room with the nursery was a blessing and a unique feature for most VRBO's. Whenever we had an issue, the hosts responded within an hour or less. We did come home to a black bear visiting. It had opened one of the car doors of our kids' car and decided it needed a minty toothpick. Be sure to remove ALL food and smelly things from your car and lock your doors. :) Would definitely come back to this home if we have a future need.

Absolutely Perfect!

Bluff Mountain Splash is nothing short of Amazing. We took our whole family age range from 1 to 59! We barely left the house as there was something for everyone to do. The view was unbelievable! The house was spotless and absolutely amazing. We had a minor glitch with the pool but it was addressed and taken care of immediately. We spent countless hours outside in the yard and using the pools and hot tub. The kids loved the theater room as well! We had black bears visit us and we got to watch them play in the yard. Yes, scary but truely an incredible experiance for all of us. We are already taking about coming back next year!

AWESOME HOME!

This was the first family trip for my family and I. We had a blast! The view was amazing and the kids couldn’t stay out the pool! We saw a bear up close and it was pretty awesome. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking views

We have stayed all over the Smokies and have never had a view like we enjoyed at Bluff Mountain Splash. One of the most beautiful homes we have had the pleasure of renting, such a great layout and spaces for family members of all ages to enjoy. Location can’t be beat, extremely close to downtown Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area compared to other developments. Top of the line experience in every way and we can’t wait to visit again. The Fairview Home is a group home for developmentally delayed adults. We had 20 individuals with us. The home was in a beautiful location and was very handicap friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year! Thanks for the memories!
