Family Spring Break

The house was a good fit for our group of 6. We loved the balcony views and the indoor pool. Some of the roads leading up to the cabin are pretty narrow and winding, but it was a good location for going to Gaitlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

Wonderful place

A great getaway. Very spacious and clean. The hot tub was a nice touch and well kept. The indoor pool was fun. The balconies and the view were the real prize. The only minor problems was a few doorknobs would not lock and/or shut properly. Not a big deal.

Great views

Very nice, clean and cute. Beautiful views from all decks. Roads a little tight towards the top, but if you take your time just fine. Wooded and serene. Husband saw a bear, we both saw wild turkeys and deer. Beautiful location, nice comfortable beds, and cute interior.

Beautiful, clean cabin

The cabin is beautiful & well equipped. It was very clean. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. Only complaint I have is the booking process. You have to jump through too many hoops, so to speak.

Beautiful rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought the rental was great! It was just the right size for two families. The drive up to the rental at night was interesting....the winding road was very narrow. The rental itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely would stay again!

Family vacation

Nice clean almost brand new cozy cabin. View from decks was pretty! Cabin has fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, blender all the things like home. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Pool is very small but clean and water was warm. Nice hot tub on deck looking out at view. Family/front room on the smallish size but nice. Nice place ….. rate 5 star

Beautiful view of the mountains!!!

We had a few hiccups but the property manager was very available and had everything smoothed out quickly. The property view and cabin were beautiful. It made for a great much needed time with family. We did all of our meals at the cabin and the kitchen was very well stocked. The frig and freezer had plenty of room for our food. Our two year old grandson loved the indoor pool. I would recommend this property for awesome family time.

Smoky Mountain Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice but there were a few issues. - The kitchen sink does not have hot water and the water pressure is minimal making it hard to clean dishes off. - The pool water level was 6 inch down from the top. It should have had more water added.- The hot tub was only used once the entire week because there were hornets around it most the time and it was typically the same temp as the pool.- The free tickets were never used because it was too complicated to deal with.

Great Family Friendly Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this cabin. From walking into a spotless & roomy open concept living room/kitchen, to the well laid out bedrooms, all the way down the awesome downstairs with the pool, hot tub, and more - This cabin was amazing for our family of 7. My older children slept upstairs, and I loved the bunk beds downstairs. I appreciated the fact that the pool was locked by keypad, and there was an alarm as well. There were plenty of blankets and pillow for everyone to sleep - as comfortably as you can away from home! There was plenty to cook and eat with, which helped keep out 6 night stay affordable. As a mom, probably my favorite feature was the large capacity washer dryer combo! As I said, we are family of 7, and stayed for 6 days - we did laundry every day, and as a result only brought home about a half load of dirty clothes! I don't think I could ever stay somewhere without a washer/dryer again. My only complaint about this property is about the location - we love that it is private, but the drive up is very dangerous even for a skilled driver. It is very poorly lit, and was stressful to drive home every night. I do hope if we stay here again the route is lit better than it was. The wifi was pretty spotty, too, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, a great cabin for a large family, or 2 smaller families. We love working with Bear Tracts because they are friendly & organized, but also love the xplorie offers! You won't be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had an amazing time and would consider booking again. There are a few minor complaints. First is that it was supposed to have 2 queen beds upstairs. There’s ONE queen bed, the other is maybe a full. Definitely not a queen. Second is the pool was supposed to go up to 5 ft deep, and it was maybe 3.5 ft at the deepest. The pool was cool, wasn’t really heated as advertised. And note that this is a 3 level cabin. You will be climbing stairs. Shower downstairs was small. No room to hang or put any toiletries besides the floor. Third floor where two main bedrooms were had to share a bathroom. I never got to use the upstairs bathroom as there was always someone else in it. Just a note for any families looking to book. The roads were also extremely steep and narrow. NOT recommended to travel at night. You’re IN the mountains. Lovely view! Loved the privacy. Drive was a little scary at times 😂Again, beautiful property! Lovely accommodations and worked for our purposes of just needing a weekend away. Neither of these will affect my score. Just good information to know.

Very nice, clean cabin. A bit further from activities than we thought, but gorgeous area. Checkin was easy. Kitchen has essentials but no extras (aka salt and pepper!) Would stay again, but would bring along some family games, extra paper towels/toiletpaper/trash bags.

Very nice cabin far away from the hustle and bustle. Expect to travel 30 min minimum to get anywhere - food, gas, activities, etc. If you don’t want to be in the heart of the entertainment districts - this place is for you.

Perfect place to bring your family. Absolutely beautiful Cabin with so much to offer.

My family and I stayed at the cabin for a few nights and absolutely loved everything about this luxurious cabin. Between the arcade room theater room, indoor pool ,fully stocked kitchen and three levels of Mountain views my family was very entertained. It’s so close to all the shopping and attractions in pigeon Forge it’s also very conveniently located to Dollywood. I definitely recommend this to any family or group of friends that wants to have a great time and a beautiful a a beautiful beautiful place close to everything.

Beautiful Home

Besides having to swim in the dark the last 2 nights we had a great time. The house is great for everyone to spread out in and have their own area, just wish the living room was a little bigger (more seating) so everyone could spend time together. The pots and pans need an upgrade, they have been through the mill. The house was in a quiet area and definitely away from the chaos and traffic. We had a great time at Smoky Mountain Paradise.

Beautiful House

What a beautiful place! Pictures are accurate. Our autistic son lived the pool, and we appreciated the code lock, which automatically locked to the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was nice and well-stocked. It is a bit out of the way, and the road can be intimidating if you aren’t used to one lane mountain roads. We loved staying here and would absolutely be back!!

Excellent property for children

We had a great stay with our 3 children. Home had plenty of beds for everyone, and you can’t beat a private pool and game room! We had to drag them out of the house to go do the sightseeing! Would definitely stay there again!

Ok cabin getaway

This place was ok. It was very clean, but it did not live up to the pictures. It felt smaller than the pictures seemed and more sparse/not as comfortable as it could have been. It just felt like the value was not there and it seemed over priced for what you got - the supplied items were all very basic/base level and needed supplemented with your own items and then little things like the propane on grill being left empty and policy to be charged to refill it left us a little frustrated. If we were to travel to the area again we’d pick a different place to stay.
