Great Family Get-away Spot!

Two bears is a fantastic place for a family vacation! Convenient to Townsend, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. The common pool and fishing pond were great! The cabin is well equipped and very comfortable. We’ll stay at two bears again!

Rustic feel but within 30 minutes of a city

It was perfect for our little getaway. The ease of booking and communication with Vacasa made this vacation a wonderful experience to begin with, and the location made it even better!

Autumn adventure

Great Stay

Great property with great amenities! Great location. The only complaint was difficulty maneuvering a large vehicle. Plenty of space for parking, the driveway is just difficult to turn a large vehicle around. I would definitely recommend staying in this cabin and we would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

Loved the cabin and all the amenities. Just had to run out for roulette paper and hand soap but everything was there. Game room downstairs was so fun. We will definitely book this cabin again.

Great cabin, great location

Loved this cabin. The deck is great, hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, nice kitchen, cool layout inside, fun pool table and puzzles. The location is perfect, not too far but not too close to things (in my opinion). Very close to the newer part of Foothills Parkway, so you can easily see the sunset and not have to drive back completely in the dark. We hope to be back.

Mountain vacation

Was told that the cabin had 3 bedroom all one level with 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms were on three different levels and so were the bathrooms. We moved to another cabin that was also was the have 3 bedrooms all one level with three bathrooms, this cabin had 2 bedrooms on one level and a 3rd bedroom on a upper level, and one of the bathroom had only a tube, no shower.

Fun at Two Bears

I visited Two Bears Cabin with my daughters and grandchildren. It's a very comfortable and clean cabin. My grandson counted each and every bear on rugs, cabinets and all over the cabin and outside. He counted 230 - and all the children enjoyed the game room.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at Two Bears! The accommodations were perfect for our family weekend getaway. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities. We were looking forward to s’mores, but couldn’t use the fire pit due to burning ban. Maybe next time! We would definitely like to return for a longer stay.

Comfortable and private

The cabin was comfortable for our family of 8. The amenities are great and we loved it. We recommend it for families or for friends to join. Just two things to mention. The cabin was clean on all the touch surfaces and smelled fresh, however some corners could use some additional attention. Also the clothes dryer screached loudly and with the children we washed a lot of clothes. The dryer needs attention. All in all our stay was nearly perfect.

I'd stay here again!

It was my wife, daughter, son-in-law, two grand-kids (9 & 11) and myself. We enjoyed the cabin. However, it was a bit dusty. Possibly change the furnace filter. The water heater is not large enough for more than two showers. Some people ended up with a cold shower.

Well laid out cabin. Beautiful setting. I took off one star because some things in the cabin did not work. (You couldn’t change input on TV to use DVD, electric fireplace wouldn’t work, a night light was plugged in & exploded sending sparks, bedroom light flickered, plug in loft bathroom didn’t work, & smoke alarm kept going off on last day for no reason.

Two Bears Cabin

The Cabin was comfortable, clean, and in good condition, as described. The upper deck rail is dangerously loose. We sat a cup of coffee on the upper deck side table and the table leg fell off. We then moved to the picnic table and after sitting on the bench it began to snap and crack almost causing us to fall. All of the upper deck furniture and railings are dangerous. Because there was no cell phone signal at the cabin, we were unable to call to report. We didn't allow our family to use the deck because it was so unsafe.

Great place!

The cabin was great. Very surprised that it was fully decorated for Christmas! Large Christmas tree in main room and Christmas touches all throughout the cabin. We had even taken a Christmas tree with us to have since it was Christmas season but didn't kept in the car. The wooded view from the back deck was nice; no sweeping mountain views but still nice. The firepit with chairs around an added bonus even though we didn't have time to use it. We didn't use the outdoor hot tub so can't comment on it's working. We did notice it was full of water and water was warm and appeared cleaned so assuming it was in good working order. We just didn't have time to use it. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared breakfast daily. One eye on the stove didn't work as some other reviews mentioned. Kitchen needed a few dish towels but plenty of dishwasher pods were provided. Keep in mind the pool table and checkerboard is in the lower level where 2 of the bedrooms are so adults playing pool after children in bed was an issue but it's all in what bedrooms guests use. The 2 full beds in the loft area was nice but loft open to the lower level. However, the full bathroom in the loft was very nice! The cabin was plenty big enough but we felt all of us had to go to bed at the same time for noise control but there again that's just a personal preference. Very much appreciate the safety gates on the staircase going to the lower level and to the loft. We were able to park 3 SUV vehicles in the driveway. Easy to find and Ware's Valley is beautiful. We spent most of our time at Dollywood since this was our first time going there. The cabin is a bit far from Dollywood proper but certainly not a game changer. We actually preferred being farther away and doing the extra drive because at the cabin it was peaceful after a day of Dollywood with a toddler! A nice cup of hot tea sitting in front of the gas fireplace after a long day was nice. Would recommend this cabin.
