"Overall we, as a family had a lovely time. Great location for cycling, rock climbing and swimming in the hotel pool, which was not crowded and very well organised with the time slot allocation. All the staffs are very friendly, always with a friendly hello. The only thing I will comment is the bathroom ..."

"I have a city view room at lower floor and is closed to the resident buildings, so we pull down the curtain all the time…i.e no view at all. The room condition is still ok, it’s equipped with microwave and cooking facilities."

"Maybe that day was a peak day, check in time is too long, spends time around 30mins and the lobby is too hot, likes no air-con. Fortunately, staff gave us ice cola.     "quite dusty in room, especially the little table near the window we book for 4 people room, but only provide 2 bath towel, since we are quite late to have the shower, their house keeping already off they suggest us going down to front desk and get it by ourselves which is quite inconvenience other than that the location is good and the front desk staff are nice"
