“Always a warm welcome. Great space next to the ski hills. Love staying here.”

“My husband and I booked here because our granddaughter and her sports team were staying here and we wanted to be close to our family. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice evening. The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy and the breakfast was ok. We did not see the pool so i cannot comment on that. We……

“Room is too dark that you might need to bring a floor lamp to make it better. Other then that is front disk should present better on where is breakfast and what time it will be end? ”

“The room was very nice, fresh and clean. Our only challenge was with managing the temperature. The room was far too warm for sleeping, but still worth a 5-star rating. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is very nice.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price! ”
