「clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.」

「AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically...

「The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.」

「AVOID AVOID AVOID After having this booked for months I spent over 90 minutes speaking to hotels.com the night before check in as we had not received any instructions. I was re-assured we would get them by 1pm the next days. 1pm came and you guessed it. Host not answering calls or emails, hotels.com very unhelpful and travel nest, the company who manage the bookings even more useless. They left us stranded in Sheffield with nowhere to stay. It took hours to sort out and completely ruined my...

「On arrival, I was given a sheet of paper to fill in, but it was so badly printed that I could not read it! The room was spacious, with a walk in shower, kettle and tea and coffee. However, the wifi did not work for me, and the TV kept cutting out, but the bed was comfortable. In the morning, there was no water from the taps, so I could not use the lovely looking shower; I had to wash with water from the kettle, from the previous evening. I feel that the staff should have been warning guests...

「Stayed one night but wished we had booked two. Amazing attention to detail. Very comfy bed. Food was delicious and was just a lovely stay」

「Nice place with helpful nice staff, but no good at all if it is hot. Rooms are not air conditioned so like all English buildings trap and keep heat.」

「The air conditioning in the room was ineffective. I mentioned this to the front office staff and they said that I would get 25% off my bill! I haven’t heard a word from anyone 10 days on!」
