“One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

“初めて利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんも良い人で親切に対応して頂きました。 部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 キッチンもあり自炊ができるのと、お風呂もあるので、着替えだけを持って気軽に利用できると思います。 今回は2階の部屋でしたが、次回利用する機会があれば１階の部屋にしてみようかと思います。”

“My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would……
