"Very close to some points of Fiji Mountains. Hotel offers water and breakfast which is convenient. The staff can do nothing to support travelers because they got everything automatically available so they do need to talk to us. They were not bother even to look at us in eyes. Very unpleasant. Before we leave the hotel, after checking out, want to use the bathroom, yet, it was dark, no lights!!!!! When ask to turn on the lights, the answer is it will take one hour. So strange!!!!!!!"

"Clean bunk bed room, but very small for two adults. The bathroom is very small with an easily choked and flooded bathtub shower. Convenient location in Gotemba. Close to 7-11 and McDonald. Good staff service. Barre basic hotel overall in all areas that has an average breakfast package. No free parking is the problem because you don't come here to visit the farms, natural beauty and landscapes by train, do you? If you drive, you pay for carpark lot about 5 minutes away around the hotel. If you take train, it is located beside a train station."

"This was a bad experience for the three days i have checked in this hotel/airbnb. The room is very small and it doesn't fit my luggage, also the air conditioning unit has a bad odor. There is not exhaust fan inside the toilet. Staff doesn't change the towels, amenities, also the bed sheets are not very clean. The pillows were not comfortable and gave me neck pain. the location of the hotel is not recommended because it is very far away from the train station. When we first got in the room, the refrigerator was not clean and had leftover bottles, also the floor was not clean. There is only one trash can, there is none for the bathroom. You can hear the other rooms, people speaking, walking and talking, the wall is very thin. "
