「Our room wasn't as clean as we would prefer it to be but it wasn't disgusting either. It seems like a busy place so it may have been turned around quickly. The breakfast was good with different options each day we were there. The staff was friendly when we checked in but after that it seemed like you were bothering them when we asked for our soaps and lotions to be refilled since they were empty to start with. 「The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

「The website is outdated. This property looks nothing like the pictures. Your room provides two towels only, no washcloths. and a mini fridge is the only extra in the room. The TV didn’t even work. We could not figure out how to even check in and then once we were checked in, we could not locate staff members to get anything we needed or to ask questions. The rooms were not Terrible but a place to sleep is all it was.」

「Wonderful stay. Brand new facility. Well, newly remodeled anyway. Rooms were nice and spacious. Clean. Staff was cheerful. The beach view from our balcony was outstanding.l. It’s right there! Kids loved the pool. We will be back.」

「Room was filthy, had no vacuum to clean the nasty carpet. Had very little cookware, 3 forks, 2 bowls, 1 plate for a room that had an 8 person occupancy. Elevators are few and far in between. Parking garage is worst I’ve ever been in. Bracelets rarely worked the entrance gate, and staff at said gate was very rude about helping when gates not working. At on a chair and wouldn’t help, and when they finally did they were very rude. Not worth $4000 for 6 nights.」
